Pros

Work from Home Option is great and free trips to Vegas were nice. Since leaving my health and stress level have improved.

Cons

On my 1st Day of employment August 16, 2019, I met a Contractor who pulled a bullwhip out of her purse as a joke. I'm a Black Man and this contractor is a White Woman. I went to my boss about it, and he laughed it off. He was too busy cashing in on his "Unlimited PTO" to care about much more than his next vacation. He made her my boss and it only got worse. Attempted gaslighting and blaming me for things I wasn't even involved in. Blamed for things that occurred while on vacation. Several people came to me telling me what was said behind my back. I talk to HR numerous times and they did nothing. I was left out of meetings and alienated from my coworkers, being told I couldn't talk to my teammates. She tried to force me to present inorrect information during a Government audit which resulted in me being constructively Terminated and this person was promoted. My departure caused them to hire 2 people in my absense.

Pros

I actually start in 2 days, so I can't say what's its like to work there. However They are very quick to respond to applicants and the time line from application to hiring is less than 2 weeks. The health benefits are ridiculous! The company pays 100% for medical, VSP (vision plan ) and a Gold dental plan! The only thing that you would pay for is if you wanted the Platinum Dental plan which is only $4.50 deducted from each paycheck. Upon hire, you are given a $400 credit to buy 5 sets of scrubs (which I was told was the top of the line brand) so you don't have to buy new clothes.

Cons

The health benefits start 60 days from hire date, but I understand. Since they're paying for it all, they want to make sure that you're not going anywhere.
