Great people to work with Pay is great compared to other factory work in the area Amazing benefits

Cons

Management is awful. The ones sitting on their butts all day in the offices don't care what the people busting their hind ends on 12 hour shifts go through. They say safety and quality are #1 but it's all about numbers numbers number!!!

The company is growing at a rapid pace which is generating many new opportunities for current and potential employees.

Cons

Incredibly high turnover due to incompetent managers, unrealistic expectations and outdated management styles. Employees typically "work for" rather than "work with" their managers. Employee opinions and/or suggestions are rarely, if ever, taken seriously. Status quo is the new superstar approach. Working people 7 days a week is the norm now just as it was when the company was founded in 1975. As revenue grows, head count shrinks and responsibilities soar.
