Pros

Learn lots of skills quickly. Bosses act friendly and caring. Security doors. Partially air conditioned. Some people seem really nice and cool.

Cons

Rumors and lies make the decisions for the higher ups. Hard work makes you a target for the lazy employees. Bosses have pet employees who can do and say whatever they want. Big disadvantage if you don't speak spanish. Goals are almost unreachable but be careful if you do get it cause the other workers don't like it.

Decent pay. A few knowledgeable people. Pretty good environment. Clear expectations from Management

Cons

Mandatory overtime, expect to work 7 days a week, even though that's now how they advertise it. NOT a Mon-Fri job. Expect 1-2 days off per month. Tenured employees brought bad attitude, lack of interest in new ideas with them. New people train newer people, no real knowledge/experience within the facility. Poor safety outlook. No real "breaks" for machine operators unless you are a smoker.
