      clean work environment to work in

      Cons

      Experience means nothing, only way to advance is with a degree. Managers have zero training being managers. can't run a crew effectively, repairs are done by the "it's on fire" method. no forward thinking. spare parts are trashed if not used within a year so managers will look good. no idea how to maintain a budget. yet at end of year, there is extra money to be spent.

      Its a steady paycheck. The work isn't too difficult for job that i do.

      Pros

      Job security if you are willing to go along with the "Paccar Way". If want the same job in 10 years that you have the day you were hired, with nothing changing, it's the place for you.

      Cons

      Old fashioned, male dominated, old-boys company. 1960s-1980s formal dress required every day ("casual" day literally means men don't have to wear a tie with their suit). No room for movement or upward mobility.
