- Poor management - Poor treatment of tutors - Working towards replacing staff with AI, which ended up ruining work quality - Cut operations in Canada due to the tutors' unionizing - countless of others, don't bother

Flexible schedule, remote work, supportive co-workers.

Cons

Was great in the beginning but slowly turned into a tutor sweatshop-style job where I felt the quality of support for students diminished. Unreliable hours also became the norm.
