- Loved the people, truly amazing people hired and great to be around - Remote environment was great, had enough face to face to really make valuable connections - Product was actually good and beneficial for communities

Cons

- Mass layoffs due to poor management and poor future planning, not having the right people in the right positions - Upper management didn't know what they were doing and had too much ego, blamed lower level employees for market conditions instead of being proactive in decision making
