- everyone has been incredibly helpful and friendly (as the new kid this is important) - growing quickly with incredible career potential - focused on the employees as much as the clients - everyone is mission-focused - love it!

Cons

- if you need structure and systems to be happy this may not be the place for you yet. We are growing so quickly and are in the middle of creating the structure and systems.

As a part time job it has pros over other casual works which are: - It's fully remote. - You can easily get around 30~40 hours during school time. - Tutor managers are nice and supportive

Cons

The only cons is they pay basic salary which starts with $15/hr. I think for a tutoring job it could be more.
