-Work from the comfort of your home -Very flexible schedule -Students are mostly from high school so the topics are not too complicated -Even if there are questions you are not too familiar with, you can ask for help from other tutors online. -Management is helpful and understanding

-You may not always get too many hours of shift per week

Flexible working hours and location (home). Great management team that is responsive to requests and questions.

Cons

They grew very fast and we started to work with many more students which can be stressful. Not lots of team building for tutors.
