-Streamlined onboarding process: So many companies are going remote and that comes with it's own challenges. Paper had a great onboarding system that got me up to speed and prepared to do my job right away! -Company that actually cares: A lot of companies use the word "family" a lot and buy pizza for their employees once in a while and call it a day to show their gratitude but not at Paper. Instead, I feel cared for not only in my salary, but in my benefits and PTO as well. I don't feel like another number or cog in a machine. I feel like our leadership genuinely cares for our happiness and mental health. Because of that, they are assembling a fantastic team who's happy to show up to work every day. I am so fortunate to be part of that team!
