Professional firm with high value cases

Pros

Each team is given a manageable caseload with several high value cases. Prelit is handled by a separate team. Each litigation team is given substantial support and the tools needed to feel proud of the work done on each case. The firm has exceptional leadership and new attorneys are given the training they need to become experienced litigators.

Cons

I live on the westside and the firm is in Lancaster, but the commute is only an hour long; the same as when I was working downtown.

Pros

PARRIS cares for their employees as if they are family. They always celebrate my personal successes as often as my professional ones.

Cons

The back of the office could use some more natural lighting.

Pros

I've worked at PARRIS for over 3 years and can't say enough about the PARRIS Law Firm. They really value their employees. Management goes out of their way to thank their employees for all their hard work. There are wonderful job opportunities here. If there's an area you’re interested in, they will listen and make sure you are where you want to be. PARRIS is an incredible firm that looks out for their clients and their employees. They know how much we work and how hard we work. They value you and want to show you. They throw baby showers for employees, share about community outreach opportunities and their Christmas Party is one you don't want to miss! Those are just to name a few. If you’re a hard worker, passionate and appreciate great management, PARRIS is a great place to apply to.

Cons

I have commute from Los Angeles but its not bad I go against traffic. Beats 45 min in back to back traffic.
