The partners care about the staff and their families. They give us everything we need to be successful and fulfilled.

Need a larger break room where staff can hang out on breaks and have lunch.

Pros

PARRIS is led by an amazing management team, the environment is built on family culture. The team that supports PARRIS is more of a family, then a team of co-workers. Benefits are great, same as you would get with a Fortune 500 company. The pay is great and it doesn't get any better than being provided all of this along with Flex Time.

Cons

If you don't like working hard and you are not a team player, this is not a place for you.
