Pros

Phenominal company culture. They take care of their employees here. They pay for attorney's lunches every day and bring in dinner if you are stuck in the office past 7.

Cons

Unfortunately the primary office is located in lancaster california, which can be somewhat of a commute and tends to get a little seedy at times.
