The work-life balance in most of the jobs in the PAR is good, on Time salaries and perks are there as well. Work from home / remote opportunity

Cons

Specifically, if I talk about the React Native Team, senior employees here are ill-mannered, some of them don't even know how to talk. They're experienced and knowledgeable but are worse at submitting to the culture. Again talking about react native team only, growth opportunities are minimal here.
