      PTO and benefits Fully remote positions

      Cons

      Micromanagement and overwork Outsourced their entire helpdesk to the Philippines and decided to lay off the whole US Support department in a single day, despite poor performance. The company is running itself into the ground to save a buck.

      The job was remote, some people were amazing

      Cons

      Not a fan of the work culture. Promotes a ton of people "senior" to give raises over others and then turn around to tell the non "seniors" they cannot receive more.

      The ability to work remotely

      Cons

      Antiquated systems that are too tightly coupled to separate. Middle managers are not very skilled at developing trust among employees. PAR is more concerned with acquisitions than the development of its own. Too much of a dinosaur to survive the coming restaurant automation.
