Remote work environment but unstable leadership and bad future outlook for the company

Cons
-Bad pay for role compared to competitors (as well as weak benefits) -Look at stock price. Keeps getting lower and lower. Bad, bad sign! -Unstable work environment. Every month or two there is a big reorg somewhere at the company. This is a huge sign the company is not doing well or really bad management. -C-suite is an olds boys club but instead of actually having significant professional experience prior to joining the company, they join as young professionals and keep getting promoted because they are friends with the CEO -Awful new leadership over the past year and a horrible new CHRO. Personally, I don't have to deal with her but I know several people in my line of business who do, She is the least transparent and collaborative leader at PAR I'm told. She also seems very sneaky and extremely old school, especially for a company that is SaaS. I thought when she was brought in she's modernize PAR but it's the opposite.
