      Pros

      The company has absolutely fantastic middle and upper management that I worked alongside. Additionally, the technical competencies of the employees truly shine through. I enjoyed my time at PAR and believe they hire great talent.

      Cons

      There can, at times, be unnecessary firefighting that takes a bit too long to resolve. However, this was being cleaned up a lot towards the end of my tenure. With changes in the organization and the leaders assigned in my area, the company truly saw where the needs were and focused on finding viable solutions to them.

      Pros

      By far, the best place I have worked for quality. The QA org can actually hold up a release if the product quality is in question. Most places I've worked, management picks the date for release and sticks with that date regardless of the quality. Also, a great team of truly exceptional people. The culture just makes for the best people to shine, while also mentoring and lifting up those that need help.

      Cons

      No company or product is perfect, but still I have no complaints.
