      Not much to say here

      This place is a mess. The bosses will micromanage the life out of you while at the same time somehow tying up all work in process hell. Huge culture of people pushing blame to cover their own mess to make up for broken promises they for some reason made to people above them. You’ll be penalized for things outside your job description and out of your control. Like I said in the title, unless you have literally no other options look elsewhere!! It also seems like no one has heard of this random restaurant tech company so won’t help your career in the long run. Low pay in comparison to the market as well.

      good insurance, some good managers

      Cons

      They outsourced the entire level 1 tech support team. All the people taking calls, all the team leads, all the managers. Some people are lucky enough to be able to stay until the replacements are trained. Other people were fired with like 3 days left in the month and all the benefits were cut off at the end of the month. Now they're bragging about how much they care about employees on social media. Don't believe it.

      Things were ok when the growth story was believable. I used to have some actual smart and genuine people to work with.

      -$140M in 2 years. everyday this is looking like a value extraction (read capital redirect) situation
