      Pros

      Everyone at PAR is very friendly and eager to help each other. Fridge is stocked and coffee is plentiful. Very smart people.

      Cons

      There's a lot of work to be done, product is being brought up to modern systems. Because of the nature of the product, emergencies come out and need to be dealt with outside of office hours. They are working on going from a hardware company to a services/software company so benefits are still a bit behind the competition.
