      Pros

      Dress code has recently relaxed compared to most companies that I'm aware of. Sense of teamwork is starting to show itself.

      Cons

      Accountability is a big problem... hence the title. It's something that is supposed to be improving, but I don't see that happening any time soon. There isn't any vacation carry-over like there used to be. You may find yourself pigeon-holed into a position instead of advancing. A lot of older "seniored" management which isn't going anywhere.
