- Great group of people across the org - Open to new ideas, encourage sharing thoughts - Company continuing to look at ways to improve offerings, culture, etc - Work/life balance has been good

Cons

- Annual layoffs. This is killing morale. - Out of date tooling, no connected ecosystem to support efficiencies. This leads to a lot of manual work.
