You get to work remote There are some good people

Cons

This is going to be the most toxic work place I have ever worked. You are constantly on call. So remote work can easily turn into 60-70 hour weeks. There is no respect between employees. There is obvious favoritism and that plays into how you are treated.. Not a company where folks will go out of their way to help although some will until they leave. Great leadership in the higher ups but they must be oblivious to what is going on in middle management. I had even considered quitting directly on the spot for the disrespect I have received at this company. Terrible career move, Stay away.

Pros

Teamwork is a core strength in the finance department, where camaraderie thrives. Although we rely on older systems, we collaborate closely to ensure accuracy and deliver the right numbers. Together, we navigate the challenges and consistently achieve our goals. Never met the CEO, but he seems like a good guy.

Cons

I've had a frustrating experience with the HR department, particularly the benefits team. It's been incredibly difficult to get in touch with them or receive clear answers. I often wonder if they fully understand benefits and how to call people back. Navigating through HR has been challenging, and things shouldn't be this complicated. I even reached out to the head of HR, but they just redirected me back into the same cycle of unanswered HR questions.

Fully remote, some of the smaller teams are really nice, some good people

Cons

- Constantly laying off employees - Pay is miserable for certain positions - Bad communication between departments I believe they will keep outsourcing employees to save money until they lose customers who clearly value good service
