      The view from the Boulder office was amazing.

      Cons

      I was over worked. The pay sucked and you couldn't move up unless someone died or retired.

      Pros

      CEO conveys great leadership and promotes an innovative and purpose-driven culture. Don't think I'll ever work at another company with a CEO as personable and innovative as Savneet.

      Cons

      Certain departments lacked considerable resources and leadership. This resulted in high turnover and low team morale. Men at PAR have a tendency to be disrespectful with little to no repercussions. There is little mobility within the organization.
