Pros
PAR has some of the kindest, most experienced, and most helpful colleagues I have worked for. I have worked for companies with far less competence and far greater egos. This company truly cares about its customers and its employees. They won't lie or exaggerate to get ahead, and they don't encourage cutthroat competition between their employees. Truly a team atmosphere.
Cons
When working virtually, it can be hard to know who to go to and what processes to follow for certain tasks. Everyone will cheerfully help you when you ask them, but the company recognizes this gap and is working on it.
