      Some teams are great while others are not so. Work life balance is generally good.

      Cons

      No clear vision from leadership of engineering, both at upper level and team level. Lack of coordinations between teams.

      Pros

      Data, Engineering, and Development Teams are very supportive. You make a mistake and they will try to find the solution and help you avoid the error. Good work-life balance.

      Cons

      Admin and HR Team are worse, they are like crocodiles in the river. They will show as if they are there to help, but when you make a mistake or ask them for their help. They will eat you out. HR and the Admin teams are like cults here. Beware
