- Innovative - Management team truly has an open door policy - Flexible with employees working from home - Culture is very important to the company

The location of the main office, is not convenient for regular visits.

A vigorous small business that has a great future

Pros

- PBG has some of the most honest and hard working people. You feel the care for the company on every level. They live and breathe their values. - Executive team are very approachable and always open to feedback and suggestions. Not in a typical "open door policy" way but in a "we're a Teams message away" way. And they mean it. - It's a small business but the process maturity level at this size is almost unheard of, including Level 3 CMMI for Development and Services. - They genuinely care about people's development and careers. They push for training and certifications and always encourage growth. - The company makes genuine efforts to improve the benefits package.

Cons

- Typical of a small business, people wear many hats and that can be overwhelming.
