Pros

PBG has a very Family-focused mentality. Leadership genuinely cares about the well-being of employees. The HR team sends out satisfaction surveys on benefits, culture etc and wait for it ---- leadership actually takes reasonable efforts to implement these suggestions that employees want and need! I haven't seen that with other employers. Pros: Benefits and Perks to include discount programs, spa, corporate gym membership and subsidy programs, Generous Professional Development Program

Cons

We are a small company so that comes with obvious challenges at times but nothing that we can't tackle together. Everything is a learning and teachable moment so we all have a part in making PBG an even better place to be!

PBG fosters a positive culture for professionals to grow their craft * PBG supports its employees with training and professional development opportunities * PBG goes competitive contracts that provide the opportunity for senior level consultants to apply their skills and knowledge * PBG offers opportunities to entry level and juniors seeking a career * PBG leverages it's relationships both internally and externally to promote value * PBG provides opportunities to work on cross-functional teams teams * PBG provides every employee with access to its Leadership regardless of rank * PBG is engaged in many diverse and multi-cultural events to support its diverse work-family. PBG is a great place to work!

Cons

PBG should continue to improve in establishing its organizational business structure to support both internal and external processes. PBG should continue to hire top talent to establish best practices and forge ahead with Passion Boldness and Grit in support of innovation initiatives to bring real solutions to its customer base.

-Project and roles are well defined -Training and support are encouraged -CEO has an open door policy, and encourages all inputs/opinions. I can message her anytime and she will respond quickly -Great HR team and benefits -Heavy emphasis on having a balanced work life balance -Upper management are responsive -IT Team is quick, professional, and friendly -Company culture encourages open communication and ability to try new opportunities -The company is always notified of updates and announcements
