Pros
Genuine - Leadership and employees genuinely care about each other, are passionate about what they do, love to help, and provide meaningful feedback.
Family & Fun - People stick around and the bonds made are strong. COVID makes me miss seeing everyone in person and the fun office events we would have. PBG still continues this, hosting remote events to boost our moods and build bonds between teams. There is always something to look forward to!
Growth - PBG is starting to take off, providing amazing growth opportunities. We seem to have doubled in size just in the past half year. We have some very knowledgeable and friendly experts who love to help and mentor newer employees/roles without hesitation.
Receptive - Leadership actively seeks and collects feedback from employees to learn how they can do better. Beyond that, you can easily speak to any of the executives or managers to make suggestions or share a concern. They are accessible and appreciative. They actually take feedback and implement good ideas that benefit everyone at the company. I've completed so many surveys, and beyond that, they share the results and tell us exactly what they will implement/do and then do it. For example, when COVID started emerging, they took a survey, found we were mostly uncomfortable coming into office, and implemented remote working plans before our Gov clients adopted remote working. Another example, as a manager, they allow me to make decisions for my team and follow-through when I recommend a reward, recognition, or a raise.
Committed - For reasons above, PBG is committed to both clients and its employees. This goes beyond a means to an end ($$$), but comes from genuine consideration for others and a strong mission to continuously improve and deliver outcomes people feel good about.
Cons
I don't have any cons, but something for others to be aware of. PBG has very high expectations for the quality of work we deliver, and we are growing. Depending on your personality, this could be either very fulfilling or very demanding.
