Pros

It's a growing company where you are able to contribute and add value on day 1. I feel my ideas and voice is heard, I have the ability to influence decisions and I work with such fun people! Best Team I have ever worked with including managers, peers, and employees in general. Everyone is looking out for each other and has your best interest in mind. Leadership truly believes in and lives by our corporate values. The atmosphere is fun and makes you want to get up and go to work!

Pros

My program was highly visible with extremely demanding timelines. Nevertheless, PBG staffed up the program with top-quality FTE and consultants. PBG went out of its way to support and recognize individuals in the team.

Great Company to Work with

Pros

PBG is the real deal. The CEO is fully engaged with her employees and provides an environment where people can learn and grow into roles that really make a difference in the missions of the clients and coworkers. PBG is full of supportive teammates and managers who inspire, coach, grow people, and lead by example. PBG embodies the values it espouses on its Web site and inspires its workers to internalize and demonstrate those values. Nothing is forced at PBG. Rather, it's a place where you want to do your best, and be your best b/c you are inspired to do so by the examples of the people who work there. I can't say enough good things about this company. It has been my privilege to work here. The only reason I left was because I was called on to work within my home state on projects to grow more small businesses for West Virginians.

Cons

There are none. You are VERY LUCKY if you get to work for PBG. It will be one of the best experiences of your life. I guarantee it.
