Pros
A few cool accounts/clients, but the people working in those areas have been there for years and never leave.
Cons
They keep on hiring completely inadequate people and let them just keep skating by. You ask anyone in the department and they will tell you they do nothing, but they keep them on. They are also just fine with inter department dating - when I worked there, a manager actually was dating a direct employee and the entire company knew. Completely unprofessional. Pay is lousy, the lower management is absolutely terrible. Wouldn't recommend to a person I didn't like.

I can't think of any.
Cons
Moral is very bad. Good people are leaving weekly. No merit raises. Received a 10% pay cut and plus, about -.5% a year decrease of salary for benefits. Been told that company is doing great financially, management get bonuses and working employees get nothing.
