Pros
The diversity of the workforce and the challenges of the job make for a interesting environment with never a dull moment.
Cons
Since being acquired by CGX, benefits have been declining with the loss of 401k matching and tuition assistance and annual increases of insurance premiums. Along with few opportunities for advancement, it is very difficult to get a increase in pay, regardless of merits. There is no incentive to do well. My advice to anyone interested in employment with PBM, if you don't get what you are worth, coming in the door, it's doubtful you'll see it in the future.
