Pros

You'll become good friends with the individuals in the stores.

Cons

Dan Young. He loves money. Nothing else. Goofy, immoral, misguided teaching regimen that he had us pound into the poor salesman, technicians that keep his company running was awful. If you are a good person and have any conscience what-so-ever DO NOT WORK HERE.

Pros

Some of the people you work with aren't as bad as Dan Young

Cons

This company is 100% dishonest. Dan Young is a horrible person. There is no training. Benefits are a joke at best. If you can't sell you will be fired, even if you are a tech. All Dan cares about is money, literally nothing else matters to him. Well maybe the pills he makes the sales team take at his house for sales training. DO NOT WORK HERE

Pros

Amazing and talented employees who hold this company together and work very hard

Cons

I wouldn't get a job here until the warehouse oporations executive leadership changes. I don't want to be specific for privacy, but oporations executive leadership is a huge problem. When we make suggestions about our expensive inventory problems, operations executive leadership just blames everything on the owner and always talks about how stupid the owner is. I'd be very suspicious and worried if I was an owner, just paying oporations executive leadership to bad mouth and degrade him. People have been very upset for many months by operations executiveleadership and we are on the verge of everyone quiting because of it. It feels like it's about to fall apart. If our oporations executive leadership left, the warehouse wouldn't miss a beat, in fact it would improve immediately. Our existing team and managers already do everything that our oporations executive leadership pretends to do. Our purchasing employees, one in particular, is already far more capable than the oporations executive leadership. Oporations executive leadership has a terrible reputation for speaking very badly about our owner to guests and companies that tour through the office. Operations executive leadership is responsible for ruining the reputation of the company on so many occasions but our owner has no idea because oporations executive leadership is good enough at lying to blind the owner. I know there are so many qualified warehouse and oporations people out there that we could hire to transform us into a huge growing profitable company but we are stuck with ours for now.
