High quality baked goods. Lots of dietary/allergen friendly foods. Excellent produce.

Cons

Company promotes itself as a "community/people focused" business, but as an employee - the atmosphere was very cold and unfriendly. It felt very regimented and their was no sense of camraderie. Also the people I worked with did not display a love for customer service. It felt like just a grind job. Customers are not the common man - niche market with expensive products for people who care about ingredients and can afford to pay lots
