Misleading communication about position, schedule, opportunity for professional growth. Misleading towards being accepting of minority groups, and doesn’t respect staff pronouns. Misguided management unfortunately. Poor work life balance. Complacent scheduling, staff seldom has a say, and forget about getting scheduled any morning shifts. New hires, prepare to only close for 6 months. Simply not a job anyone is happy staying at for more than a year.

was told i would be called back for an interview but was never called. I sent an email to check-in but still no response. Considering the wage was lower than i expected and there was alot of driving involved I would think they would take more care in their onboarding process. This is very unprofessional and i may have just dodged a bullet.
