They would over work some of the employees, there was more gossip going on in the kitchen than actual cooking. Also a lot of favoritism as well. They wasted so much food and tossed it to compost instead of letting people take it home. The thing I hated the most was how much crap you had to take from the customers, it was ridiculous, these people would come in with so much entitlement it wasn't even funny.

This is a long list. Nepotism, protection of their own jobs, rarely opportunity to move up and plenty of people who have stuck around way to long in their jobs. Most companies would have already reviewed and fired most of these geniuses, or lack there of. False people. You better be on Facebook, or else! Basically it's a social environment, not a work environment. Work ethic is practically non existent.
