Your co workers who turn into life long friends. Jobs you accomplish that turn out fantastic. Learning new things, meeting new people. Learning new jobs to better yourself. Easy job to do, easy to catch on (production).

Cons

The pay, raises are a joke for sales at 2.5 million a day. respect, hours, tireless ship times to meet. Lack of communication across the board. Management doesn’t have your back. The constant favoritism. Lack of appreciation. The famous quote “I’ll look into it.” And never happens, or an excuse to not pull through.

Easy to make friends, there are all kinds of people here.

Cons

The hours for production suck, and the payscale for experience they had sucked. Laser drinkware wasn't bad, I recommend doing laser or deboss in the main building. Stay away from Apparel, they practically eat people. Somehow everyone would just barely miss the mark & you'd never get what they dangled infront of you, whether you worked there 5 months or 5 years & if your performance slips, they take your pay back down. Their annual raises and promotions go off quality and speed, not what you know. Better not stop to help anyone else. You'll be working ten hour shifts at hot machines, drink a lot of water.
