      Terrible Management with lackies

      Pros

      Health insurance and dental insurance.

      Cons

      Plant management cut raises and bonuses last few years while managers take bigger vacations. Less of the higher ups are visible. A lot of lackies have taken over management positions. Advancement is not worth the time nor the effort. Very aggravating to come in and work when accuracy means nothing but metric numbers are more important. Hit the order, just do it fast. Quality doesn't get rewarded. Looking at new jobs outside of company. Very aggravating.

      Unfortunately, nothing comes to mind.

      Cons

      Unless you need a stop gap, keep looking elsewhere. Management plays favourites and might consider skip level reviews to really understand inner workings.
