Pros

Relaxed dress code. Cafe in building.

Cons

Overworked, not appreciated, goals are ridiculous to meet, pay needs increased for all of the tasks we are asked to do. Long long long hours. If you have a family this is not the job for you. We would work 11-12 hours a day for months and they make you work Saturday mornings if the business needs it. Management doesn’t listen to you. There is constant harassment at Leeds, from people talking meanly to each other to inappropriate comments. No one works as a team. This place will take a toll on your mind & body.

Pros

Work from home, casual work environment, advancement opportunities.

Cons

Multiple systems that are not integrated causing a lot of manual work in Excel. Other plants are on different computer systems causing more overhead and inconsistencies in processes.
