Pros

There are a lot of good people here. My boss cares about my well-being and tries to help me advance in my career. We have 1 on 1 reviews where we discuss long term goals and advancement opportunities in the company. I started with the company 11 years ago as a placeholder until I found my career and quickly advanced and made PCNA my career. Management gives opportunities for employees to speak up as one of our core values is "Say It Like It Is".

Cons

Mandatory overtime during our busy season and job can be stressful. Our systems are outdated making some tasks unnecessarily difficult. They have been making progress (a new website, etc) but we aren't where we need to be yet because the process is so expensive and time consuming to do it right. There has been a recent change in upper management with a lot of new faces. I don't know that this should go in the "cons" section because the new crew seems to be doing a good job, but its concerning to see that much turnover within a couple years.
