      It’s a company that arranges meetings, keeps busy, works for different states, gives punctual breaks, and always growing.

      Cons

      Unfortunately it has slow season where sometimes 40 hours aren’t met.

      Money was good, 50 hour weeks were a constant, that could be a pro/con since it was advertised as "occasional" overtime

      Cons

      You got blamed for a lot of mistakes that were more of a shipping/production error. Rude clientele.

      Pros

      They're trying to improve, the pay (especially when there is crushing overtime) is decent, and they worked with (some, even though a ton were laid off) people so that they could work from home when COVID hit. Aside from the mass layoffs, they handled the pandemic pretty well.

      Cons

      Lack of support, bad communication between departments, burn out is easy to come by, not a very fulfilling job, poor planning, company is shifting to hiring a ton of overseas workers and is possibly in the process of replacing people with them.
