When compared against my new employer, PCNA is definitely lacking!

Pros

RRSP matching program up to a certain % although it doesn't compensate for lower-than-market value base salaries.

Cons

Sometimes it takes working for another company to realize just how bad your previous employer was; this is the case with PCNA. Poor management, toxic workplace & poor communication from both HR & upper management. Not sure how many employee surveys with overwhelmingly negative results need to be published before upper management genuinely investigates the issues, although probably naive to expect any action if the investigation is led by the incompetent HR department.

i worked from home thats the only pros i had for this particular department

Cons

too many meeting, too many phone calls from supervisor that would delay your work. micromanaging would be a good word to describe my experience.
