      Used to be great company

      Pros

      Country setting, travelling away from city had little to no traffic. Co-workers were great people. Family atmosphere. Fast paced, never bored or idle. Onsite cafeteria and onsite covered smoking patio. Very casual dress.

      Cons

      Lack of transparency from management. Pay was poor. At times it felt like high school, you were either 'in' or 'not'. Employee efforts were not rewarded or recognized. People who held the same position were held to different standards. No accountability. Crazy mandatory overtime, sometimes 13 hours a day.

      Pros

      Initially started as a family oriented, great environment to be a part of, but once company switched owners it was never the same.

      Cons

      Management needs to be more helpful & considerate towards employees & take more responsibility & ownership when mistakes are made...

      Pros

      Leed's is a good place to gain experience and you can learn quickly.

      Cons

      Leed's does not try to retain and grow talent. Instead, they have people stay in the same roles for years and offer minimal raises to retain people afraid to find new opportunities. If you need to develop skills or gain job experience I'd recommend Leed's. However, I wouldn't leave an organization to join Leed's or if you want to find a place to grow your career.
