      Pros

      Tons of overtime! Hot fresh food in the cafeteria for a average price

      Cons

      Poor management. Lack of proper leadership and accountability of Human Resources. Leadership roles on the floor are filled by incompetent and unprofessional "supervisors" and "coordinators". Favoritism is wide and played out by many unprofessional relationships throughout. Pay should be higher and raises are laughable. Rules are set to fit when decided it's necessary while others continue the same cycle. Not a good place to work for anyone with standards and morals. Those with a good ethic will pull their hair out when they see the chaos that ensues at this place!

      If you can get enough overtime it might pay the bills.

      Cons

      No room for advancement. Base pay is completely unrealistic. Even after a promotion, that I had to argue with management to convince I never got retro paid for, they salary did not pay the bills with 40 hours. Favoritism all around. Absurd hours (3:30 am to 1:30pm) allowed for no life outside of job.

      Pros

      when mastro was there, he was friendly and talked to employees. alot of overtime, which is great if you truly need the money. cafe on site.

      Cons

      new management needs to go. they favor temps, and gives a crap about employees. shows no appreciation for employees. parking lot and road into facilities are crappy in the winter time. pay is low for what we do. pay raises are a joke, as well as bonuses. cafe food can be crappy, and expensive. temps who have been here for 8 months were promised to be hired and still havent. temps that been here a few days are training on machines while employees have been here for 1+ years still have yet been trained to earn a tech 3. temps are not trained oj how to read paperwork, and just thrown on the end of belts having no idea what they are doing and orders get dns/messed up.
