Decent work-life balance if you're not expecting to grow much professionally. Some flexibility depending on your manager.

Cons

The work culture leans heavily toward performative busyness—people often look busy without actually doing much. Management is mostly checked out when it comes to employee development or genuine support—leadership talks a good game but doesn’t follow through.

Pros

Can't really think of any other than providing a salary while looking for a better opportunity.

Cons

Horrible management, toxic internal department. Poor vendor sourcing resulting in quality issues & overpriced, uncompetitive product. Retail partners don't have the needed brand recognition in the corporate market so are largely a waste of time, yet they eat up the limited annual spend.
