Company motto is great. Training for assistance is awesome. You can move up in company, if you have personally, great attitude, and drive.

Cons

Not enough hours to work at current office. I'm a full-time working part time hours, with a part time paycheck and is not enough .

Pros

Overtime, friendly staff, large dental families and sister offices, invest time in making sure their RDA's stay complaint with their licenses, bonuses, guaranteed hours, benefits, exposure to nearly everything, good career starter, days go by fast depending what office you work at

Cons

Long days, you'll always extend your day to accommodate same day starts, not enough pay for what you do, strict on lunches by Califorinia standard, new doctors are common, bad training, not enough time to do everything, budgets are kept strict and we're always running out of things, pushing doctors to their limits with a heavy 3 column schedule daily, high stress, high demands, no work no life balance

As you know, we are experiencing double digit growth year-over-year, which in turn requires process alterations. Pros

Being part of a team; working with general & specialty doctors. Having a solid foundation with area to advance. Have a training team to aid with your needs or the office needs.

Cons

Front office & back office seems to run understaffed, which effects the whole flow of the office as well as patient care. There is a disconnect with what PDS wants the protocol to be compared to what actually takes place. The office manager have a lot to take on & unfortunately most don't have the education or emotional control they need in order to manage an office.
