      Pros

      Pay is one of the best out there. Benefits are offered. All technology is up to date and awesome to use on a day to day basis. There is tons of training available to expand your knowledge which is great. Over all happy with pds. I have been with them for 7 years.

      Cons

      Seems near if not impossible to move up in the company. Instead they would rather hire management and above outside with little or no dental background. It's very nerve racking to see this happen over and over again.

      I will finish filling this out at a later time. Probably the health insurance and paid vacation time & Coworkers

      Cons

      They care about money more than anything else. They're extremely demanding.
