      Pros

      This company used to be a place that cared about their employees and had a fun and healthy environment

      Cons

      The company was ran on fear and manipulation with everyone only looking out for themselves. This was a company where you would have a little to no growth without a proper raise. Greeeat employees quitting should be an eye opener to what was wrong with company but the management was so stubborn to even notice or to even care about its employees.

      They are always cutting costs

      Training was ok as well as the pay

      Cons

      There's too much work for every person and no matter how much the employees complain about workload, the management just ignores it. They are always cutting costs for everything and doesn't look at what benefit it bring the company

      Employees are being paid well.

      Cons

      The management doesn't listen to anyone but themselves. No matter how much justification you give them, they don't listen and would deliberately ignore your suggestions.
