I just got hired! Great pay, the staff seems to be really friendly. The interviewer both of them make you feel really comfortable.

Cons

The interview process is real intense, it took about 2 months for the process between the typing test. My suggestion when they send you the self test be patient finish don't take a break and come back.

Pros

Salary and benefits keep employees at PECO. The company is good for employee development and training.

Cons

The only way to get ahead in the company is by being friends with management. They focus solely on promoting friends to keep the management team within the same structure. The Directors and VP's move employees that they do not like without any input from others. They have asked employees to write positive reviews on this website so don't necessary trust the good reviews.

Pros

Good pay, union job so if you perform well you will get a pay increase every 6 months.

Cons

A little too obsessed with being on time- granted you're supposed to be, but they're a bit obsessed with punishment rather than coaching. Also, some supes will pick favorites (but every place is like that).
