PECO is a great company to work for. They provide competitive salaries and benefits. With a company like PECO that is ever expanding it provides an employee with amazing growth opportunities. You are only limited by yourself here.

Cons

Due to the nature of our business you may have to work Holidays or weekends during emergencies. Depending on the job you have you could be impacted more or less.

The employees are true Phila! They are honest, hard working and passionate! True progression up to supervisor roles.

Cons

They are crazy about "storm duty" enslaving the employees to work around the clock when weather hits the area without compensation! Its a man's world, minorities are 'trinkets' to show off the diversity, without authority but great pay!
