You get too sit & be comfortable while you work. Not on your feet all day no job is back breaking!

When I was working there, it had just got really up & running so some times the orders where kind of slow cause people 2 be laid-off of Lack Of Product

Good commission rate and benefits.

Cons

Buyers are unhelpful and don't seem to want to do their jobs. Where I worked it was all friends of the manager who allowed a bully mentality with the sales staff.

Pros

Some VERY talented employees. Several great product managers and GREAT Director of Product. Corporate culture use to be great. If it returns it will be a great company again.

Cons

Customer use to be first and employees use to feel important and valued . Sales Management has changed and the "team" feeling is gone. Many managers are not experienced and do not know how to motivate. Compensation has changed and is very subjective. If you have a good year your commission percentage will be lowered the following year. If you have a great year it will be a MUCH lower commission percentage the next year. Everything starts with a sale but salespeople seem to be less and less valued.
