None. They don't even send you a CARD for Christmas, but you are expected to either donate your time or money to a cause, only so they can look good.

Cons

Management just walked in one day and told us we had 20 minutes to pack up and get out as they decided to close our office with NO NOTICE AT ALL.

Pros

Competitive salary, friendly environment. The employees are friendly and helpful. This is really all I can say nicely about this company and management and (especially) upper management will not make you feel appreciated in any way.

Cons

Lots of miscommunication, not great benefits/personal/vacation time, not flexible or helpful when in a crunch. This company is more about taking care of management than the actual employees.

Commute. Product knowledge can take two years to master. Commission structure is complex
